- We ship nationally using local couriers

- For local Pickup (Warriewood NSW) use the code "Pickup" in your cart.
- Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO / Secure boxes and some remote locations within Australia
We do not offer international shipping at this point in time.
If you change your mind or feel the quality of your purchased item isn't what you thought it should be, we have a 15 day (from purchase date) returns policy on undamaged product/s with undamaged original packaging. The product/s need to be in resealable condition. The original Ship Me Toys invoice will also need to be provided. We will even pay for the return freight, please e-mail us prior to returning.
If you receive a damaged product, then of course we will fund the return shipping costs, and you can have a credit voucher, full refund or a replacement product if available.
No refunds or exchange on items that were purchased while on sale.
